Consequences of contract cancellation
3. Right of Returning delivered Goods
You are entitled to return delivered goods within 14 days without giving any reasons. The legal time period mentioned above begins upon receipt of this written notification ( as a letter, fax or email ) but not earlier than at the date you received the goods. Shipping and delivering cost for any returned goods are on our cost and risk. The return or the demand for return has to be addressed to:

4. Order and Delivery of Goods
We accept and we deliver orders all over Europe. In case you want delivery outside of Europe, we will be happy to assist you, please ask us for shipping cost.
5. Warranty
If delivered items do have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please advise us or the employee of the delivering company immediately.
6. Article Not Available
Should a certain article not be available or is temporarely out of stock, we commit ourselves to inform you immediately of the non - availability of the item and this before accepting the order.
7. Validity of prices
The online catalogue prices include the legal Luxembourg 15% VAT and remain valid until 31.12.2008. The current currency is the EURO.
8. Payment
The items are only delivered after full payment and no discount will be granted.
9. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Should one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, or should they turn out a gap, so the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
With INDABA - Boutique you buy with No Risk i.e. you may return delivered goods within 14 days without giving any reasons. The purchase is only final after expiration of the above mentioned delay.

You may cancel your contract by letter, fax or email within two weeks and without giving any reasons, or - in case the goods left before the above mentioned deadline - by returning the goods. Consequences of contract cancellation
In case of an effective cancellation, benefits on both sides will be granted back. If you send us the goods return in a partially or completely deteriorated condition we will charge you for the less value if appropriate. In practice this does not apply to any less value of the goods resulting in checking the goods like you could have done it in a retail shop. Shipping and delivering cost for any returned goods are paid by INDABA - Boutique. Any obligations for reimbursements of payments will be fulfilled within 30 days. The legal time period mentioned in this paragraph starts for you with the day of your cancellation confirmation and for us with the reception of the returned goods.
